At JD Performance Fitness and Training we understand there is more to sports and fitness than winning a game. 


We believe that Sports and Fitness whether as an individual or as part of a team empowers people to be better and do better. 


We believe that empowering ourselves to take charge of their health and build a strong mind through the discipline of sports and fitness develops the foundations for a strong life.


I am Jess Drazic, Founder of JD Performance Fitness and Training. 


My participation in my sporting teams and individual endeavors has been an integral part of my life since I was at least in pre-prep. Being involved in sports and working towards my own goals has helped me through hard times, taught me resilience and to get back up after being knocked down, and most importantly how to be a positive and constructive member of a team and a positive leader.


My passion is helping individuals and teams be the best that they can be whether they are emerging elite athletes, junior sporting teams, or individuals that want to be part of a supportive and fun crew to be the best that they can be.


I provide personalised programs and online coaching as well as customised programs for sporting teams, schools and holiday programs.
